Nutella Brownie

Equipment
- 1 stand mixer or handmixer
- 1 oven
Ingredients
- 6 pc Eggs
- 5 g salt
- 240 g almond flour
- 900 g Nutella
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in the large mixing bowl
- Using the paddle attachment, mix until incorporated
- Speed 2 for small batches, for large batches, mix at speed 1
- Transfer mixture to a parchment lined brownie tray
- Bake at 350F for 32 minutes
- Let stand at room temperature for at least 10 minutes
- Once cooled, place in fridge for an extra chewy brownie (optional)

This recipe was used in the restaurant I worked in for years, it’s off the menu now but it is an excellent three ingredient gluten-free brownie.
Just add some chocolate ganche and you will take these brownies to the next level!
