Nutella Brownie

Looking for a delicious gluten-free brownie recipe that's sure to impress? Look no further than this three-ingredient recipe that's been tried and tested by a professional chef.   • 1 stand mixer or handmixer
  • 1 oven


  • 6 pc Eggs
  • 5 g salt
  • 240 g almond flour
  • 900 g Nutella


  • Mix all ingredients in the large mixing bowl
  • Using the paddle attachment, mix until incorporated
  • Speed 2 for small batches, for large batches, mix at speed 1
  • Transfer mixture to a parchment lined brownie tray
  • Bake at 350F for 32 minutes
  • Let stand at room temperature for at least 10 minutes
  • Once cooled, place in fridge for an extra chewy brownie (optional)


This recipe was used in the restaurant I worked in for years, it’s off the menu now but it is an excellent three ingredient gluten-free brownie.
Just add some chocolate ganche and you will take these brownies to the next level!
